The customer is King is the CVL team’s Mantra. The KeMU’s CVL staff are friendliest people ever, always available and willing to go another extra mile to assist the Centre’s clientèle (faculty and students). The CVL emphasizes on continuous capacity building and support as the first steps towards quality assurance.
A client (faculty, students and community) matter is allocated to a team member to coordinate its resolution. The CVL emphasizes on fast resolution for students’ matters and if a matter is not resolved within stipulated SLA, the entire CVL team goes on over drive until it is resolved.
CVL has deployed a customer help desk through which the department receives, documents and tracks the progression of matters brought to it’s desk.
